Sioux City Distilling Co. Tour

Wednesday, November 11 | 3:30 PM | 313 Perry St.
Sioux City Distilling Co. is the newest attraction in the Siouxland region, and Spark Week attendees get a look behind the scenes before the reception starts.
The distillery sits in the Ogden Building, a warehouse built in 1915 that spent more than a century as a working downtown building. A $7 million renovation turned it into Sioux City’s first licensed distillery. The original maple floors, exposed brick, and heavy timber beams are still there.
On the tour, you’ll walk the active production floor and see how the grain-to-glass process works. The distillery makes rye whiskey, American whiskey, and three gins, using locally grown grain and juniper from the Loess Hills. You finish with a tasting of their flagship spirits and a complimentary cocktail or non-alcoholic beverage during the Spark Week Welcome Reception.
Then stay for the Welcome Reception at 5 PM, in the same building.
